Maciej M
Co-Founder & CEO, EUCart
Before EUCart, I spent over a decade building Regent Visas, a UK immigration and visa consultancy, eventually taking ownership of the business – growing it into one serving thousands of clients on complex UK and international cases, and steering it through the pressures of COVID-19 before selling it in 2025. Most recently, as COO at Executive Solutions Group, I mobilised a newly awarded engineering project across Europe, standing up teams and delivery frameworks from scratch in Poland and Germany.
That same hands-on approach to building real operations – not just plans – is what I bring to EUCart. I lead growth and operations at EUCart, working directly with independent Central and Eastern European shops to bring them onto the platform. My focus is making sure every partnership we build works for both sides, not just on paper.
That’s meant building the relationships with local businesses that grow product availability and improve the experience for customers. It’s also meant helping manage the launch and trial of same-day delivery – work focused on making ordering faster and easier for the people actually using it.
I’m focused on scaling that same approach city by city across the UK – building real, lasting partnerships with shops so EUCart becomes the natural place people go for the food they grew up with.

Alex C
Founder & CTO, EUCart
I’ve spent 20 years securing and running critical infrastructure for organisations that can’t afford to get it wrong – including security-cleared work across the majority of the UK government’s technical estate, alongside military, education, and enterprise clients around the world.
That’s the standard EUCart is built on: this platform is safe, secure, and reliable because I’ve spent two decades making sure things like it are. I’m still hands-on across every part of it today, technical and support alike – so if something needs fixing, it’s someone with real, deep experience handling it, not a call centre script.
I thought it’d be great if people from all backgrounds could order the best Central and Eastern European food, made simple. That’s why I started EUCart in Southampton – connecting independent shops with the customers looking for them – and we’re expanding across the UK from there.
